Description
Speaker, Mike Terrell will identify common mistakes made by dentists while exploring several topics on claims-from root causes to current trends and hypothetical claim payments. He will lead a discussion on key policy coverage options and emerging risk management concerns: raising the question, do dentists have enough coverage should a total loss occur? Mike will provide practical insight on building relationships, maintaining rapport with patients and organizing your efforts for proper record-keeping.

About The Speaker
Mike Terrell currently serves as Assistant Vice President and National Program Director of the Dentist Program at The Cincinnati Insurance Company. He began his career with Cincinnati in 1983 and worked as a commercial underwriter and manager before the establishment of the Target Markets department. He has attained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Registered Professional Liability Underwriter and Certified Insurance Counselor designations.
Mike is an active member of multiple professional organizations including the Cincinnati Dental Society’s Oral Health Foundation board, the Professional Liability Underwriting Society and the Society of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wilmington College. Mike also manages programs for Optometrists and Veterinarians.
