He began his career with Cincinnati in 1983 and worked as a commercial underwriter and manager before the establishment of the Target Markets department. He has attained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter\, Registered Professional Liability Underwriter and Certified Insurance Counselor designations. Mike is an active member of multiple professional organizations including the Cincinnati Dental Society’s Oral Health Foundation board\, the Professional Liability Underwriting Society and the Society of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wilmington College.
