The Company:

The Position:
We’re looking for a full-time treatment coordinator who wants to help patients receive an excellent clinical experience. The treatment coordinator is responsible for scheduling patients, coordinating new patient appointments and ensuring an optimal new patient experience occurs; discussing and finding financial options to help patients receive the care they need, and ensuring office goals are being achieved.

Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Communication with patients to collect relevant information and to schedule appointments. Call and follow up with referring dentists and specialists to collect patient data and maintain open communication.
  • Assist doctor with new patient examination and treatment planning visits, including but not limited to, taking clinical photographs, radiographs including CT scans, taking clinical notes and charting, vitals; and discussing treatment plan options, financial arrangements and payment options.
  • Assist patients with office paperwork and forms, both electronic or paper copies: medical and dental history, New patient forms, HIPAA, etc…
  • Scheduling appointments for new patient exams, surgery, post-surgical visits, hygiene visits; arranging the doctor’s daily schedule to reach daily goals.
  • Discuss treatment plan options, financial arrangements, pre-op/post-op instructions, and complete patient consents/forms with patients.
  • Review medical and dental history with each patient.
  • New patient exam room cleaning and set up.
  • Be familiar with Instrument cleaning and set up.
  • Be familiar with Taking impressions (Trioss scan and alginate), and pouring models.
  • Attend Daily Morning huddles meetings, regular staff training or monthly office meetings that may run past 5pm (usually every other Tuesday).
  • Attend possibly one (1) annual trip to the SPEAR education center in Arizona for Treatment Coordinator training or attend Virtually (Flight, lodging, meals, hourly rate in class).

Requirements: Active Radiography Certification

Location and Hours:
Our main office is located in Florence, Kentucky, and our secondary office is in Highland Heights. The treatment coordinator may need to work in the Highland Heights location on an as needed basis.

  • 5 day work week (Monday-Thursday 8-5pm; Friday 8-12pm)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
