Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction\, this approach promotes robust health\, sharp cognition\, sustained energy\, restorative sleep\, and vital living. \nDr. Huber lectures nationally on hormone replacement therapies\, cardiovascular care\, sports medicine\, and other integrative medicine topics for the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and George Washington University’s Metabolic Medicine Institute. He has also developed a unique Corporate Health Program focused on addressing Metabolic Syndrome to reduce healthcare costs while restoring employee productivity. \nDr. Huber and his wife\, Beth\, are avid cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy spending time outside with their dogs and two children. His passion lies in exploring the boundaries of human performance. \n“We are only limited by our mind’s ability to see the next possibility. SUMMARY:2026 Shred Event
DESCRIPTION:Confirm registration online\n \n \n Download offline registration\n \nNote: In order to download the offline registration form\, you will need to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader.   \nAnnual Shredding Event Presented by the Cincinnati Dental Society Exclusive Offer for CDS Members and Their Staff!\nBig Blue Barrell (BBB) will return to join Document Destruction for our annual shedding event! BBB will be collecting eWaste as they did last year at a minimal charge. \nView the list of the accepted and non-accepted eWaste items. \nHow long do I have to keep my dental charts?\nThe Supreme Court of Ohio recently upheld the constitutionality of the state’s four-year statute of repose in medical and dental malpractice actions. A statute of repose is a provision that sets a time frame in which a legal right extinguishes. In other words\, the statute of repose places an effective time limitation on when dental malpractice suits may be filed against a treating dentist. Ohio’s statute of repose bars actions filed more than four years after the date of treatment\, except in the case of those patients who are mentally infirm and with minors\, in which case the four years begins to run upon emancipation. \nDentists had previously been instructed to retain patient records indefinitely to aid in the defense of a lawsuit. However\, this favorable court ruling may help relieve dentists’ record-keeping burden. There may be circumstances where a dental office must maintain records for a certain period of time; for instance\, the retention requirement for Medicaid records (6 years) and Medicare records (7 years). Participating provider agreements also generally specify record retention requirements\, as well as many professional liability insurance agreements. Dentists are encouraged to obtain guidance from legal counsel and their malpractice insurer prior to the disposal of any patient records and to seek guidance on establishing a new record retention policy. \n…By Eric Richmond\, ODA Director of Legal and Legislative Services \nCoffee and Donuts – Compliments of the Cincinnati Dental Society \nBoxes without X-Rays\, first 5 standard boxes are at no charge\, compliments of CDS. \nAdditional standard boxes – $5 each box. \nA STANDARD BOX IS ABOUT THE SAME SIZE AS A COPY PAPER BOX. \nYES\, all office paper\, copy/computer paper\, magazines/newspapers\, envelopes\, post it notes\, manilla folders\, hanging file folders\, staples\, paper clips\, rubber bands\, or binder clips.
