Knowing how to effectively address issues related to patients’ dental benefits plans can make life much easier for everyone within the office. This practical seminar will address commonly asked questions and/or misunderstood issues related to patients’ dental benefit plans and help participants bridge the disconnect that often exists between dental offices and insurance companies. The course will also provide participants with practical steps to take to prevent and\, if need be\, respond to insurance problems they may encounter. Speaker:Christopher A. Moore\, Director of Dental Services\, Ohio Dental Association. Chris Moorecurrently serves as director of dental services for the Ohio Dental Association. He has served at theODA for 35 years and currently administers the association’s third-party payer\, peer review\, dentalpractice\, and regulatory compliance programs. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from CaseWestern Reserve University and a Master of Arts degree from Kent State University.
